Smokers, The beach is not your personal ashtray. GROSS. Why do you do this?

My mother used to do this and I still do. I cut up old t-shirts and clothing and use them as rags to do my dusting and mopping.

Moral quandary: Buy a foreign auto that gets fantastic mileage and will last forever OR buy an American car that gets decent mileage and will only last for 100,000 miles?

I saw the commercial for the new Honda that uses water fuel cells. I want one!!!

I bought a reusable lunch bag and stopped taking brown bags to work everyday. That feels good!

When I was in Asia over the summer, they charged everyone 25 cents per plastic bag used. No one used them. Perhaps we should implement that?

Walmart makes me vomit.

I use washable cloth menstural pads.

But I store them in a plastic bag.

The checker at walmart (hellmart) did NOT seem happy that I was using my green bags this weekend - even though my daughter opened up the bags for her AND I laid out all my groceries in piles on the converyor as I would want them bagged, refrigerated stuff together, non-food stuff together, canned goods together, etc.

I felt good about leaving the store without ANY of their plastic bags! It helped my conscience since we went thru 48 bottled waters during our camping trip!

I hate tofu.
